Isn't it the same??

Its very impressive to find some non muslims practicing islamic obligations, and we are not!! "ella man ra7ema rabby"..
Although its not the same but i was deeply thinking about the way everyone in here is watching himself and making sure not to break the rules as if someone is keeping his eye on him every where and every time.. it remind me with what we call "almoraqabah" and how we r suppoed to fear allah in everything we do.. coz we all believe that he sees us even if we cant see him.. and it made me wonder what kind of muslims would those people make!!
Isnt it almost the same not to steal and not to cross the red sign when the street is empty and no police car is there?? no one is watching in both..
Isnt it the same to pray alone at home and to do ur job the right way when ur supervisor is not there?? no one is watching in both..
arent we supposed to smile at eachothers and care for everyone as much as we care for ourselves..?
If some non muslims r doing exactely what muslims should do and almost practicing an islamic life .. then isnt that a great mercy from allah to us muslims making the hard part in islam which is related to ethics, manners and behavior people r brought up to respect is settled already in their minds and souls,, isnt he making it more easy for us to call those people to islam .. dont u think if they know that islam is calling for more or less of what they do in their real life wouldnt that be tempting to them?
And if yes,, doesnt that mean that we r not doing our gob.. our little task allah left for us..? he almost got them ready and we only need to call for it!!!!

Very interesting topic. May I add what the prophet said: "انما بعثت لأتمم مكارم الاخلاق" "The message I was sent to do is to complement the good morals"

The truth is, Islam encourages the good conduct that you mentioned in your article. So does almost all other moral codes, divine or otherwise.
Thanks for the nice post

I'm not sure I would see that as great mercy to Muslims from Allah - to see that non-Muslims "do what Muslims SHOULD do" .. I'd rather think it is a sign that some non-Muslims do kind of sense that the way they were persueing all their lives might not have been the right one and are on the verge to change direction! Maybe one can see it as mercy from ALlah to non-Muslims .. to have shown them the right way .. or for BOTH - Muslims AND non-Muslims, complimenting their individual needs!

i guess its a matter of those missing things in both muslims and non-muslims life..
what i was thinking about reading ur comment Karin has emphasized my thoughts about the mercy of Allah for muslims.. and it reminds me with those several times i said thank god am a muslima on seeing people doing bad or haram things..
i think we r meant to remind eachother.. the non- muslims reminds us with their good manners with how we should be.. and we muslims somehow reminds non-muslims with god..!
so for me when i c a respectable non-muslim, it reminds me with how i should behave as a muslima and it gives me the feeling that its not hard calling him/her for islam coz i've already somehow reminded him/her with allah..
